I think it was 3 birthday celebrations

Bria had 3 different birthday celebrations. When we were talking about all of them Bria said that we should have 4 since she turned 4. That is the kind of thinking that will get you places!
Celebration numero uno: Chuck E. Cheese
This was Brian's suggestion and I'm so glad he suggested it. We did it at 11 am on the Wednesday of her actual birthday. There was one other small party there and that was it, we pretty much had the place to ourselves and it was fabulous.
The carousel was a big hit, Bria went on it no less than 6 times.

Yay Chuck E!

All the kiddos, minus some younger siblings :)
We got a bunch of tokens and passed them out to the kiddos and they ran around that place like they owned it, it was fabulous.
She kind of likes cupcakes...

...can you tell?

I wanna get cupcake wasted!!

"Nope, you can't even have one bite of my heavenly cupcake."

Beautiful Brinley

Too soon, waaaayyy too soon

Present time!
Operation birthday with friends was a success.
That night we went to Old Spaghetti factory with Heather and Amy. I think a tradition for birthdays will be to go somewhere they sing to you. Bria always loves that part :) Last year it was Red Robin.
Getting so big
The third and final celebration was at Papa's Pizza on the following Saturday. Brian's Dad and stepmom wanted to come up and see the birthday girl so we chose a fun place to go. Unfortunately it was a Saturday evening so everyone and their cousin was there. It was packed...and loud...and Bria does not like loud. But I was fine with her not wanting to play in the germ-filled, stinky room. Instead we ate pizza and chatted which was perfect. She opened presents and then requested we sing to her.
She did get a mini 4th celebration on Monday when Heather and Amy brought over their gift, and it was the gift Bria had been dreaming about! Her words.

A Brave dress!!

And check out the shoes!!!! I still squeal every time I see them.
Plus a ton of Brave figurines which are Bria's absolute favorite things to play with. She has Princess figurines, Fairies, and now Brave. She plays imaginary play most of the day, it's her favorite.
So there you have it, a delayed post about the many celebrations for Bria's 4th birthday!
