These are pictures from my bridal shower, I have a hard time posting a blog without posting pictures :-)

Well, today is my last day at the Credit Union and only 5 days until I start my new job at Allied. Right now I am pretty excited about it because I know this means the beginning of a new journey is almost here. But, come Sunday night I think I will be pretty nervous to start the new journey, I'm sure there are many tears and tantrums to come......good luck Brian! I am someone who doesn't bottle any feelings up, you can tell when I'm happy and you can tell when I'm mad, this can be both good and bad. One of the reasons Brian is so good for me is because he can ignore my moments of irrationality and anger, yet laugh with me in my moments of happiness, he's simply the best :-)

Brian and I went to Maui for our honeymoon and had the best time! We stayed in Wailea at a really nice condo and went to the beach everyday. We also went snorkeling and snuba diving (cross between snorkeling and scuba where you go 25 feet under water!), on a sunset dinner cruise, and to a luau. We had such a good time and wish we could've stayed there forever!

This is at the luau we went to, they had DELICIOUS food and very entertaining dancers, so much fun!

Well, Brian and I made the big move to Albany! We love our new place and can't get over all the storage we have. The first few days we were actually a little homesick believe it or not, but things are starting to feel like home there. We don't have internet yet so that is why it has taken me so long to post another blog, I will post some pictures of the honeymoon soon.

We went to Maui for a week for our honeymoon and had a blast! Our condo was beautiful and spacious and allowed us to save money on eating out as it had a full kitchen:) We went to the beach everyday, sometimes twice a day, and made use of the boogie boards provided at the condo. The water was so nice in the ocean, far warmer than the Oregon iceberg coast. We were able to do some fun activities as well: we went on a sunset dinner cruise that was very romantic and ended up seeing tons of spinner dolphins which was so neat. We of course went to a luau which had delicious food and great entertainment. The most memorable activity was the snorkeling and snuba diving trip we went on. We both have not been so it was such a blast swimming with the fish, turtles, and standing 25 feet under water on the ocean floor! I was pretty proud of myself for doing it as I freaked at the thought of breathing under water, it's so unnatural! It was a successful trip and couldn't have asked for a better time.

Lastly, I was offered a job at Allied Waste as the A/R Supervisor and accepted. It is an amazing opportunity and experience for me and Brian and I are both thrilled! I start on August 28th and am so anxious to begin my new career. My sister Jaime mentioned that I have done 3 major life changes in the past 2 months: graduating from college, getting married, and starting my career; kids will have to wait a little, sorry everyone! Brian and I have truly been blessed and are so grateful for the positive turns our lives are taking.
