It's true, this summer has been jam packed with fun things. We have been so busy and I am loving it. But we also find time to be normal and not busy....

 One day Bria was determined to make money so she came up with the idea to play music on the sidewalk out in front of our house. She made a sign that said, "Have a good day. Tips." and sat in a chair banging on a Home Depot bucket with her piggy bank out front.
Reese joined her but didn't contribute.

After awhile she concluded there weren't enough people walking by and suggested we got to the park to sell Otter Pops. 

I love her thinking!

Our $30 investment in our pool has been a life saver, the girls have a blast playing and swimming in it.

One month left in this summer, can't believe how fast it goes!
